Job Roles and Responsibilities:

  1. Identify and cultivate new CSR partnership opportunities to achieve partnership targets.
  2. Play a pivotal role in increasing revenue and impact by securing partnerships with CSR organizations, generating leads, and managing the development of CSR collaborations.
  3. Formulate and execute various strategies to engage and secure CSR partnerships, including networking, presentations, and digital and telecommunication methods.
  4. Forecast partnership outcomes, devise innovative partnership strategies/models, and assess their effectiveness.
  5. Evaluate the capabilities and needs of potential CSR partners and foster long-term relationships.
  6. Connect with NGOs and other relevant organizations to explore potential partnership opportunities.
  7. Meet individual and team partnership goals.
  8. Conduct research on potential CSR partners and initiate or follow through on partnership leads.
  9. Attend meetings, partnership events, and training sessions to stay updated on the latest developments.
  10. Maintain and expand the CSR partnership database.
  11. Record partnership activities and communications in the Customer Relationship Management (CRM) system or report to the team.
  12. Promote our programs and services to CSR partners and negotiate agreements to maximize mutual benefits.

Job Requirements and Qualifications:

  1. Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in a relevant discipline.
  2. Minimum of 2-3 years of experience in the EdTech industry and CSR partnership development.
  3. Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills with a strong tech-savvy background.
  4. Proficiency in market research techniques, data analysis, and statistical methods.
  5. In-depth knowledge of strategic planning principles and best practices in marketing.
  6. Strong organizational and time-management capabilities.
  7. A keen interest and deep understanding of the Indian education sector.
  8. Enthusiasm for mentoring and guiding students.
  9. Excellent interpersonal and presentation skills.

Experience Required:

Minimum 2-3 years of experience in STEM Education and CSR Partnership Development.


Salary range of 30000-40000 per month, dependent on performance and experience.
